·        Request Town council approval for purchase of dumpster /roll offs for use in collection of recycling materials at landfill. Purchased with RIRRC profit sharing funds.

COLLECTION SCHEDULE

Trash and recycling collection will be delayed one day after the following holidays.  Trash will be collected from the day after the holiday through Saturday during the week of the holiday.

CURBSIDE YARD WASTE COLLECTION SCHEDULE

Special curbside yard waste collections will be held during the following weeks on your regularly scheduled trash pick-up (separate truck)

MAY 13^th – MAY 17^th

JUNE 10^th – JUNE 14^th  

AUGUST 5^th – AUGUST 9^th

SEPTEMBER 23^rd – SEPTEMBER 27^th

OCTOBER 7^th   – OCTOBER 11^th

OCTOBER 28^th – NOVEMBER 1^st

NOVEMBER 18^th – NOVEMBER 22^nd   

DECEMBER 9^TH – DECEMBER 13^TH

No plastic bags, all yard waste should be in biodegradable paper bags or in separate trash barrels marked “YARD WASTE” and must be placed curbside by 6:00 AM. Brush and branches not exceeding 3” in diameter by 4’ in length are to be tied in bundles not exceeding 40 pounds.  Yard waste that is left curbside, which does not meet these requirements, will NOT be collected.
